Located in Samseong-dong, one of the fastest growing commercial and financial centers in Seoul, Oakwood Premier Coex Center Seoul offers 280 furnished apartment suits, ranging from studios to four bedroom penthouses.

It was first launched in 2002 as Seoul’s first deluxe furnished serviced residence, combining luxurious hotel service with the spaciousness of a private home. The property’s silhouette can be viewed prominently on southern Seoul’s skyline, along with the City Air Terminal, COEX Convention Center, Korea World Trade Center and Hyundai Department Store.

Oakwood offers a series of “guest activities,” including cooking class with its top chef, ladies’ coffee gatherings, numerous recreation sessions for children, and guided tours to Korea’s folk villages and ski resorts.

The property offers signature amenities and services including 24-hour concierge, security and daily maid services.

Each suite has a king-size bed with luxurious linens, an elegant dining area; fully equipped gourmet kitchen; marble bathroom with in-room steam sauna and other deluxe amenities; laundry and ironing facilities; high-definition home entertainment system including DVD player with surround sound speakers; international direct dial telephone with voice mail; and high-speed Internet access.

The property is also connected to the COEX Convention Center, Hyundai Department Store and COEX Mall, offering convenient routes to Seoul’s major shopping, dinning and entertainment destinations.

Other facilities include a residents’ lounge, banquet halls, and a business center with meeting facilities and computer workstations. Its fitness club offers an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and indoor golf range.

Oakwood’s penthouse was designed by one of the world’s most renowned interior company Nadal Architects Inc, and is located on the 27th floor ― the highest of the property. The marble floored living room contains a 55-inch LED TV, an open bar with a wine cellar as well as a fully equipped dining room and kitchen. Its luxurious master bathroom features a large, round bathtub by the window.

There are currently more than 3,000 Oakwood associates worldwide, as well as 300 network partners. Such a wide range of inventory and supplier management options allows Oakwood to offer the optimal housing solution whenever and wherever needed.
