South Korean hip-hop singer Gary and R&B singer Jung In have joined forces to top the music charts with “Your Scent.”

The duo topped nine music charts on Wednesday following the release of the track on Tuesday.

“Your Scent” was composed by Jung In and duo composer “Double Kick” while Gary wrote the sentimental lyrics.

The sympathetic lyrics flow through the acoustic tune, with rhythmical lines of piano and stately sound of bass guitar. The R&B infused with hip-hop music maximizes Gary’s unique style of rapping and soulful voice of Jung In.

Lyrics of the song portrays ordinary love story of a couple in today’s hectic and materialistic society that prompts people to seek for scent of humanity. Familiar and candid lyrics attracted many listeners who are looking for compassion.

Meanwhile, Gary is to host a fan meeting in Hong Kong next month, sources said.
