Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas has achieved a series of outstanding recognitions both in Korea and abroad this year.

It has gained the five-star hotel status this year as the first foreign luxury hotel chain in Korea. Also, the hotel has earned the ISO 22000 certification for its excellence in food safety management system.

Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas topped the country’s Korean Standard-Service Quality Index, which measures companies’ quality of services, for seven consecutive years.

Furthermore, the luxury hotel has achieved the Gold Level in “EarthCheck,” the world’s leading quantitative benchmark for environmental and social performance. This has established Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas as a globally environmentally-friendly and socially-responsible service provider.

“Our hotel always aims to provide the best services to our guests,” said Darren Morrish, general manager of Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas.

“We will continue to strive to become not only the best in Korea but also the best service provider globally by catering to the needs of each of our guests.”

The hotel, which is best suited for international business travelers, is near the business and cultural centers the World Trade Center and Coex in southern Seoul.
