South Korean television network MBC will broadcast the 100-minute meeting starting at 8 p.m.
“Anyone is welcome to join, and people can ask the president any question they want,” said Cheong Wa Dae spokesperson Ko Min-jung.
She added that the president expects to have a “candid talk” with participants at the meeting and exchange views on his policies so far.
Sworn in as president in May 2017, Moon passed the halfway point in his five-year term last Saturday.
Earlier in May, he addressed people’s questions during a live interview to mark his second anniversary of presidency.
About 300 people can take part in the town hall meeting. Those interested in attending can register at www.imbc.com on Nov. 10-16.
